Hi. I’m Patty.

As a former nurse, I have always felt called to help others. I believe that love and compassion are the glue that holds humanity together through the Divine.

As an only child being raised by a single mom, I struggled with questions about the meaning of my life. I continue to unpack my own experiences while learning and growing. This is what  lead me to Spiritual Direction.

After receiving my Master’s in Spiritual Formation, I discovered I had a passion to companion those who not only grapple with the complexities of life, but desire to unearth and share the light and love within themselves.

I am a practicing Christian, however, I believe that God is everywhere showing us The Divine presence through nature, animals, people, and yes, other religions.

“...everything exposed by the light becomes visible- and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.”

-Ephesians 5:13

“What has Spiritual Direction done for me?”

  • "Patty has been such a blessing to me in so many ways. She is a spiritual leader that listens and provides guidance with kindness. In our conversations, she has helped me understand how God is my friend and that I can love myself, because I am enough. This has led to being able to handle difficult interactions by taking notice of the issues, letting them sit for a moment, and not reacting immediately. This quote sums up my progress: "When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be". She has truly been a gift to me over this past year. "

  • "It has been one year since I began meeting with Patty.  Her spiritual direction has helped me work through some really hard but necessary 'stuff'.  She helped me feel safe, heard and completely loved. I highly recommend spiritual direction for everyone!  It's life changing!”
